The Getrag Ford Project

At Wirral Cladding we have established a long working relationship with Ford’s (Jaguar) at Halewood.

For the past 20 years we have met and exceeded all of Jaguars maintenance expectations. Because of this ,it was natural for Getrag to approach us as a preferred supplier to quote for this large project.

The exacting specification of the project required us to specify mechanically fixed single layer felt which was sourced from Troelstra & de Vries in Holland.

The original contract required the work to be done over a 3 year period which has been achieved despite adverse weather conditions during that time. Final completion will be December 2010.

The success of this project has been due to the vast experience and excellent project management skills of the Directors within Wirral Cladding and Roofing. It has served as a launch pad for larger roofing project that the company are currently undertaking.
